Nicest auntie running the restaurant! Comes and check on you and make sure everything is ok and you’re enjoying the meal. Food takes a little while to come but that’s because everything is freshly prepared and everything from the fried chicken to the fried beef balls and hot when served. The noodles with everything in is great. The meat sauce they put on it gives the whole dish a different taste.

The noodles were so springy like it was handmade nothing like indomie. The sauce was so flavourful and service was 110%. The soup was just delectable and I love the crispy chicken filled bakwan. This place has got regulars and it’s for fuss free patrons who miss good Indonesian bakmie noodles- this is for you! It wasn’t my last visit :)

The food is great here, though it could use a bit more variety, especially for the rice options. It is self-service. The manager (I think) is very friendly and told us that they do not have any waiters because they want to reduce service costs, as service tax is quite expensive, so customers—mostly Indonesian students, according to the manager—can afford it. Aside from the lack of variety, the only downside of this place is that it is quite cramped, especially for large groups, so I would recommend a maximum of four people per group. Overall, it is definitely worth trying. You can also try their sister shop, Ono Ramen, if you want to taste the Indonesian version of ramen.

Great experience having Javanese style bakmie Great little hidden gem which is definitely worth while for a visit. During weekdays, the small little place will be great for quick lunch although finding a space to seat maybe a problem. Take note of the split shift hours where they close for a short break after lunch & reopens for dinner Love the ayam geprek with choice of sambal merah or cabe ijo ( green chillies) All the beef items are worth a try as well

Inexperienced in Indonesian food but it slapped so, no complaints :) 10/10 Bakmi sambal ijo always 10/10 bakwan sayur was a little hard, probably would have been better if it was fresh.

Fantastic Indonesian food! Loved everything about it - the flavorful noodles, bakso, egg and soup. The Uncle was also very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is small though and seating was limited, so we were really glad we managed to get a table!

I ordered the bak mi and it was delicious! To me, the noodles had a perfect texture as it was a bit chewy !! Highly recommend getting the noodles over the rice tho. The staffs were approachable and friendly! However, they do not have a reservation system and the seating is quite limited :-(
